2010 ITRS WINTER EVENTS

The workshop will be held in Tsukuba, Japan in the Tsukuba International Congress Center from Dec 1-2, 2010.

The public conference will be held in Makuhari, Japan at the Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall, Convention Hall A on Dec 3, 2010.

On the evening of December 2, 2010, we will board buses provided by JEITA to travel to Makuhari, Japan. The buses will take us to the various hotels in Makuhari. All are walking distance to the Makuhari Messe.

Below is a file of restaurant listings for both locations. Meals for lunches and the dinner on Wednesday night are provided by JEITA. Breakfasts are included with the hotels. [Note that dinner on Thursday night is on your own!]

JEITA's travel agency, JTB, will handle all hotel reservations with their website. This website will be up on October 1 through November 2! We will provide the link very soon.

TRAVELING NOTES
-->Get Japanese Yen before you get to Japan. Some areas do NOT have ATMs for foreign credit/debit cards. Especially Tsukuba may be limited for cash exchange even in hotels.
-->Get your bus tickets to travel from the airports at the airports. See files for schedules and routes.
