All,

SEMICON West is offering the ITRS a block of rooms at the San Francisco Marriott at $273/night until May 29, 2009.  After that date, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make your reservation at the current market rate for a standard room.

*You will need your credit card information to guarantee your reservation.

* Rates do not include applicable taxes and/or hotel surcharges.

* Special requests are subject to hotel availability.

* If you do not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed day of arrival, the hotel may cancel your reservation and your deposit will be forfeited.   Some hotels may impose a penalty for changes in departure dates after arrival.

* 'The guest acknowledges that after the cancellation deadline, SEMICON West Housing shall have no obligation to seek recovery or any deposit moneys on the guest's behalf.

* Beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2009, please call the hotel directly for changes or cancellations

 

Below are the steps to make your reservation online:

Step 1. In the box located on the lower left side of the page

Enter the user account name: SEMIS5ITRS_USR

Enter the password: 69aemr

Step 2. Upon logon, click on "Reserve Now" button on the menu across the top of the page.

Step 3. Enter your arrival and departure dates and occupancy, then click "Next"

Step 4. For the ITRS room block, select the San Francisco Marriott Hotel

Step 5. Enter the Guest Infomation and submit.

Step 6. Review your information and submit. You will receive a confirmation page for your records.
