ITWG ACTION ITEMS — Please reply ASAP to Linda Wilson.
Please fulfill these requests as soon as possible!
- DATA PROJECTORS--ITWGs will need to supply their own projection equipment. Who in your working group is providing data projector equipment? We will have a locked room for equipment.
- PRESENTORS' NAMES--The name[s] of your ITWG presenter for the July 12 ITRS Conference to include in the full Agenda.
- CROSSTWG schedule--Which ITWGs does your ITWG wants to meet with? Currently, I am following the schedule from Vaalsbroek, with feedback from some ITWGs.
- TELECONFERENCES--We will NOT have teleconferencing capabilities. Past experience and feedback is that these arrangements are problematic.
- DRAFT PRESENTATIONS for CONFERENCE HANDOUT
- JUNE 30--Due date for conference materials.
- Please send slides of your DRAFT presentation to Sarah Mangum at sarah.mangum@sematech.org for including on CD as a handout during the conference by JUNE 30.
- Slide count is unlimited, but keep the file size under 10MB.
- You can continue to work the final presentation until dinner on July 11, so your team has a chance for input during the F2F meeting in San Francisco.
- This presentation is a brief overview of the 2005-2006 ITRS, with focus on the changes from the 2005 ITRS.
- If you are do not send the draft presentation byJune 30, you must BE PREPARED TO PRINT at least 250 copies of your own material for including as a handout at the conference. Printing your own copies is expensive and time consuming, and I strongly recommend sending a draft to us on time.
- The electronic presentation sessions are part of the conference.
NOTE — FINAL ITWG presentations are due to Sarah Mangum at dinner on July 11 in San Francisco.

MEETING DESCRIPTIONS
10-11 July ITWG/IRC Meetings
The 10-11 July ITWG/IRC/CrossTWG meetings are to finalize draft 2006 Updates and prepare for presentations on July 12. The draft International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS), 2006 Update will be presented by each of the Technology Working Groups on 12 July. Presentation times are 20 minutes.
12 July ITRS Conference
On 12 July ORTC and ITWG presentation sessions will be followed by an opportunity for feedback and questions from the audience. Electronic posters from each ITWG will be available all day to the attendees.

ATTACHED is the Registration Form for the ITWG/IRC meetings and the ITRS Conference. Note the conference fee is waived for ITWG/IRC. Please use this attached form to avoid confusion and indicate the TWG you are a member of.
