Thank you for your interest and visit! The International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors, known throughout the world as the ITRS, is the fifteen-year assessment of the semiconductor industry’s future technology requirements. These future needs drive present-day strategies for world-wide research and development among manufacturers’ research facilities, universities, and national labs.

NEW ! The ITRS 2012 Update is now online!

These new files include an Overview from the IRC that proposes a new future of the industry, and addresses topics such as a More than Moore roadmap effort, the timing of 450 mm, EUV considerations, and presents updated technology working group tables and figures. Bonus material includes the 2012 ITRS Winter Public Conference presentations.

Each year our media partner Future Fab International (FFI) devotes an entire issue to the newly released ITRS, with special articles from each working group.
Issue 44 presents highlights of the 2012 Update, as well as commentary from the FFI Editorial Team.
